Karen And Declan – Ballinasloe Shearwater Wedding

Balinasloe is very local to me. In fact 13 minutes from my house. Why do I know it’s 13 minutes? Well because after two children, both born in Balinasloe Hospital I happen to know exactly how long it takes to get there! Anyway, that’s nothing to do with this wedding…. In this case the Brides house was in Ballinasloe. The Church was St. Michaels in Ballinsloe and the Reception was the Shearwater Plaza Hotel in, you’ve guessed it, Ballinasloe! In fact the reception is so close to the Church that it’s actually best to park the car in the Hotel and walk over to the Church. Very handy!

I think Karen should win the ‘Most relaxed Bride of the Decade’ competition. I think it’s because she’s used to teaching young children so a wedding is relaxing day off compared to that! Of course, relaxed Brides are great for us photographer types. It makes the whole day go a lot smoother and it’s a lot more enjoyable. It was lucky too that Declan wasn’t a Groom-zilla either!

Anyway. I won’t blabber on. I’ll just show you some pictures. Here a few of my¬†favorites and then there is a slideshow at the end with more.
