Are there additional travel charges?
Most of the time, no. But there might be for extended coverage, like package B, overnight stay and, of course, destination weddings. Generally a 1.5 hours radius from Athlone is included (this covers a big area!).
Do you require a deposit and when is the balance due?
Yes, a €400 deposit is required in order to make a booking with the balance due on or before the day of the wedding. This is to exclusively hold that day for you and it’s non-refundable.
The easiest method of payment is by bank transfer. But card payments over the phone are an option too.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Once we gather all the right information about your wedding, you’ll be brought to an online contract to check over and then sign. Once the contract is sign and the deposit paid, the date is firmly reserved!
Are there any additional charges after the wedding that we should know about?
The price stated in your contract is the price you pay. You can always add on extras at a later date.
Are you insured?
Yes. I’m also a member of the Irish Professional Photographers and Videographers Association so I’ve their support too in case of problems.
What time do you arrive?
Roughly 2 hours before the ceremony time, depending on a few factors.
What time do you finish up?
Standard coverage is up until the start of the meal. Extended stay is till 10.30pm to capture the speeches and first dance.
How many photos can we expect?
You can expect 500+ photos. All edited and ready for sharing with family an friends.
How long until our photos are ready?
Normally 4-6 weeks. There are a lot of factors, not least the time of year. But they are worth the wait, I spend a lot of time making sure they are perfect!
