…and I didn’t need a car!
Often a big part of a photographers day is planning. There are lots of things to think about not least of which is when and where. This also involves planning transport and working out the timing. Luckily for this wedding there was one less thing to worry about and that was my car! Both the Church and the Reception were located in Galway City Centre. I just had to call to the Brides house then park up for the day! The rest was on foot. Even for the trip out to Salthill I hitched a lift in the wedding car!
Probably the biggest worry for the day was the fact that the annual Oyster Festival was on and even then it wasn’t really a problem. It just meant we couldn’t get in to Spanish Arch. But we could still walk to the pub and eat oysters!
The Church was the Augustinian and the Reception was the Meyrick on Eyre Square.
